Express Birth Basics Course

Come and Join us as you prepare to give birth. This is a quick course that will help prepare you for the Big Birth day. We will discuss early labor, active labor, and late on-set labor. We will go over how to distinguish between false labor and true labor. We talk about relaxation techniques and breathing. We will also address complication that might come up and how to prevent and prepare. This class is fast paced and exciting!
